Terms of Service

By using Social Hub you agree to these terms and to the terms of each platform you connect (Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, Threads Terms, TikTok Terms of Service and Music Usage Confirmation).

• You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish, including AI-assisted content, and must disclose commercial content where required.
• No spam, automated bulk messaging, impersonation, or content that violates platform policies or law.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
• Developers using the API must: show their end-users which account they are connecting and what will be posted; collect explicit consent before posting; follow TikTok's Content Sharing Guidelines (show creator info, let the user choose privacy with no default, interaction toggles off by default, commercial content disclosure, Music Usage Confirmation); follow Meta's Platform Terms and the 24-hour messaging window; and must not resell raw access tokens.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage above plan limits is blocked until the next month or an upgrade. We may suspend any account that causes spam, policy violations or risk to our platform apps, with or without notice.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
